The SoHo House collection is set to open a stand-alone luxury boutique hotel in DUMBO, Brooklyn in June 2025. This project promises a unique blend of timeless New York glamor and contemporary luxury. Dropped below are highlights from the new hotel and what guests can expect.

 

Here’s a look into the new hotel: 

 

• Architecture and Design: The hotel’s design will be spearheaded by renowned architects Julian Escotil and Heather Brookstell, who will transform three historic brownstones from the late 1800s into a modern oasis, preserving their classic allure while infusing them with contemporary flair. Guests can expect intricate touches, such as Goyard-designed wallpaper, to elevate their aesthetic experience.

• Guest Rooms and Suites: Brooklyn Townhouse will feature 30 individually designed guest rooms and suites. Five of these rooms will be “City” suites, each inspired by a global destination: Morocco, Sydney, Venice, Paris, and Tokyo.

• Dumbo’s Lookout: Guests can enjoy panoramic views of downtown Manhattan’s skyline from Dumbo’s Lookout, an expansive top-floor terrace. During warmer months, the hotel will partner with restaurateur Jean-Georges to introduce a unique bar and bites concept that is positioned to be one of New York’s most sought-after spots, accessible only to guests and Soho House members.

• Wellness: While the hotel will not have an on-site spa, it will offer in-room facials by celebrity facialist Gina Steph. Additionally, guests can enjoy an exclusive skincare line created in partnership with Gina, available for purchase via a vending machine in the lobby.
